How to print an email
- Hover over the email you want to print in your Inbox or open the message.
- Open the Command Center.
- Start typing “Print” and select the action from the suggestions or press P.
- Select the printer and the required settings.
- Press Print.
Tip: To save an email as PDF, use the PDF > Save as PDF option when printing an email.
Note: At the moment, Spark Desktop doesn’t support printing comments or email history.

- Tap the print icon on the toolbar at the bottom. If there is no such an icon, tap More and select Print.
- Choose Only Last Email or All Messages if you want to print all emails from the thread.
- Choose include history and/or include comments if needed.
- Tap Print.
- Select Printer, set the amount of copies, and tap Print at the top right.
Tip: To save an email as PDF, open the needed email > Tap on the More icon at the bottom Toolbar and select Save as PDF.

How to change Shortcut for Printing in Spark Desktop
To change the Shortcut for printing emails, open Spark Settings > Shortcuts > Print > Click on the Shortcut > Edit > Change the Shortcut.
